Tri-Ex WT-51 crankup tower
Tri-EX WT-51 (now made by Tashjian). This is a 3-section crankup/tiltover tower. Photo shows as last installed with a Skyhawk tribander and Cushcraft XM240 (antennas being sold separately). Manual winch for crankup and tiltover. Includes heavy duty steel 2″ OD 15′ mast, rotator plate, CO-3 standoff, Rohn TB-3 thrust bearing, TA51 tiltover fixture. Has heavy-duty base adapter plate, needing only four 1 1/8″ 27″ long ASTM A36 bolts to go into concrete base (bolts not included). Current Tashjian price for tower, tilt fixture, mast, and other accessories included is $7,873, and expect a wait of 2-3 years for delivery. Plus a few thousand for shipping from CA. Tri-Ex LM-354 crankup/tiltover tower
3-section 54′ tower with manual winches for tilting and raising. Height is 21′ 6″ when retracted. Includes tilt fixture. Raising winch is 40:1 Hub City winch.Cranks with handle that is included. A portable drill also can be used.. This tower now is made by Tashjian (LM354E) which rates it at 18 square feet wind load at 100 mph. Includes TA-54 tilt fixture and its standard manual winch, TB-2 thrust bearing, rotator plate drilled for Hy-Gain/CDE rototators, CO-3 standoff arms. An RCB-54LT base to go in the concrete can be purchased from Tashjian, or a custom base made from the cut-off stubs (included). Tashjian price for current model is in excess of $9400, plus several thousand for delivery from CA — and a wait of 2-3 years from time of ordering.
